California gives its lawmakers unlimited gas cards

I C...so, that's where my tax money goes into...
perhaps, I should have gone into politics...
I guess it is okay with government uses tax dollar to run their vehicles,
but, question one, how'd they know if gas card is used only for state-issued vehicles, hmmm suspicious
question two, how they regulate spending if it is unlimited, is there any restriction?
question three, how such a CA exclusive absurd law passed?
question four... man, I should stop grumbling here...
All of us...will we ever learn?
